AntwerpThis tent around a signal mast in Antwerp had 2 purposes: being able to paint in dry conditions and to prevent the spread of polluting blast grid. This mast was located in an open area near the Scheldt and it took a lot of effort to get it so tight. Shrinking happened when the weather was favorable, even if that meant it was Sunday morning.
